It is difficult to define the word love if we ask someone about the love they tell that they know about love but they can't define the word love because different people have their perspective about love. Meaning of love change through time and age, and different in a different place. love of a mother is different from the love of a spouse, loving persons is different from loving things like food, games, color, animals, etc.

Generally, we can define the word love as feeling emotion of care, affection, and like. In other words, love is a strong feeling of affection, sportiveness, warmth, and respect for another person. It also can call a combination of above emotions.

The meaning of love is depending on the intention of the lover, it means why love should matter the meaning of love. There is a different form of loves. They are Natural affection, friendship, sexual and erotic, flirting, married love, and self-love.

Optimist people define love as strong and positive emotions. They take love as an important aspect of life. Love makes life creative and meaningful. Full form of the word love in optimist perspective is

Anyway, love is something that is cultivated between two people and expressing life's many ups and down together. In love, there is a commitment, time, mutual trust, acceptance, and respect to each other.

Most people think that they love someone but they are doing the business of love because they want a return of love. That is like the loan we give someone financial help and after some time we take it with interests. That is the misconception of love if you love someone you shouldn't expect anything from him/her.

Another misconception of love is taking love as lust, care, and money. These things are not a love if they exchange with each other. Some people care about someone for money or sex and some people sex with others for care or money. This all shows the exchange of things likes shopkeeper and customer. They can't be love, because if you have no money shopkeeper didn't give anything to you.

Let’s talk about true love, true love is that if someone loves you with your bad aspect that is true love. Or who know all the things about him/her but s/he still loves you that is true love. People also define true love as the accepting or loving someone without knowing anything about you, but s/he may hate you after knowing bad aspect or weakness of you.    

Lord Krishna (lord of love) defines love as if there is no meaning of love that is true love, where the meaning of love there is is no love.
